Warranty Terms
How do we handle warranty?
Our products are manufactured with the greatest possible care for you. However, it may happen that a complaint arises. Please report your complaint to us immediately after you have noticed it. To submit a complaint, you must use our warranty form, which can be downloaded below.
All our products come with a standard warranty of 6 months.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- Report your warranty claim within 21 days of the occurrence of the issue by email via garantie@zsmorthopedics.com.Complete the warranty form in full and send it together with the footwear, lasts, patterns, and the original order card in one package. You can register your package with UPS via the customer portal. Download the warranty form here.
- Within 2 working days, you will be informed whether the warranty claim has been accepted and what the expected delivery time is. During the acceptance process, it will be determined whether the product can be repaired or whether a completely new order will be produced.
- No later than 2 weeks after acceptance of the warranty claim, the footwear will be returned to you.
What is not covered by warranty?
We manufacture each product according to our high standards. However carefully you treat our products, nothing lasts forever. Some people use their product(s) more intensively than others. The warranty applies only to normal use and does not apply in the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the use and maintenance instructions
- Anatomical changes causing the products to no longer fit
- Adjustments or modifications made by parties other than ZSM without authorisation
- Failure to report your complaint within 21 days after the problem has arisen (this voids your right to warranty)
